What you will do

• Identify and analyze AI use cases to automate and optimize internal operational processes.
• Define functional requirements for AI assistants, agents, and decision-support tools.
• Coordinate between technical teams and domain experts to translate needs into practical requirements.
• Create workflows for document review, information extraction, and report preparation.
• Validate AI-generated results, identifying limitations and defining quality control criteria.
• Document functionalities and provide support to internal users during tool adoption.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
• Experience in document analysis, data structuring, and managing technical evidence.
• Strong mindset for traceability, validation, and risk identification in AI outputs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in prompt engineering and designing AI instructions.
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms or scripting for building agents.
