Location: Must be based in the US (New York, Miami, San Francisco, or Remote); relocation support to NYC or SF available.

Salary: $122,000 – $187,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own stunts end-to-end, including concept, talent, permits, locations, capture, and distribution.
• Pressure-test ideas against virality, brand integration, and technical feasibility.
• Source and manage talent, contractors, creators, and vendors.
• Manage budgeting, scoping, and hiring of support staff for activations.
• Coordinate posting and amplification strategies with the social team.
• Track and analyze metrics, including views, MQLs, and pipeline impact, to optimize future stunts.

Requirements

• A personal viral track record of building an audience or producing breakthrough online experiences.
• Strong instinct for algorithmic performance and internet-native taste.
• Full end-to-end production experience (contracts, permits, COIs, schedules, releases).
• High judgment and ability to operate under ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for talent briefing and XFN alignment.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Existing relationships with internet-native talent and creators.
• Experience producing IRL brand stunts or cultural events.
• Background as a creator or independent producer.
