Salary: $120K – $140K + Equity

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional forecasting and budgeting processes, coordinating inputs across departments.
- Build and maintain headcount and operating expense budgets as a business partner to functional teams.
- Administer and enhance Workday Adaptive Planning to improve planning workflows and data integrity.
- Deliver financial reports with actionable insights to help business partners drive growth and efficiency.
- Refine operating models and financial forecasts to identify trends and variance drivers.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline and scale FP&A processes, reducing manual effort.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in high-growth P&C insurance or tech.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Must be based in one of the specified 40 US states or Ontario, Canada.
Nice to have
- MBA, CFA, or CPA certification.
- Experience in high-growth insurtech or fintech environments.
- Statutory accounting experience.
