Salary: $120K – $140K + Equity

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional forecasting and budgeting processes, coordinating inputs across departments.
  • Build and maintain headcount and operating expense budgets as a business partner to functional teams.
  • Administer and enhance Workday Adaptive Planning to improve planning workflows and data integrity.
  • Deliver financial reports with actionable insights to help business partners drive growth and efficiency.
  • Refine operating models and financial forecasts to identify trends and variance drivers.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline and scale FP&A processes, reducing manual effort.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in high-growth P&C insurance or tech.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
  • Hands-on experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP.
  • Must be based in one of the specified 40 US states or Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

  • MBA, CFA, or CPA certification.
  • Experience in high-growth insurtech or fintech environments.
  • Statutory accounting experience.
