Salary: $126,000 – $175,000 USD (based on geographic tier).

What you will do

• Support forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning processes to improve business predictability.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, manage budgets, and drive financial decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models that connect business drivers to financial outcomes.
• Deliver insightful analysis on company performance, including variance analysis and KPI reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A systems and tooling to increase scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and Capital Markets teams to ensure financial rigor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes and communicate insights clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
• Mindset to leverage AI as the default way of work.

• Experience with BI tools, databases, or SQL.
