Salary: $126,000 – $175,000 USD (based on geographic tier).

What you will do
- Support forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning processes to improve business predictability.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, manage budgets, and drive financial decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models that connect business drivers to financial outcomes.
- Deliver insightful analysis on company performance, including variance analysis and KPI reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A systems and tooling to increase scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and Capital Markets teams to ensure financial rigor.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes and communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
- Mindset to leverage AI as the default way of work.
