Salary: $114,000 - $143,000 Yearly

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day production process for external titles, maintaining milestone schedules, deliverables, and budget expectations.
• Establish and maintain production rituals, documentation, risk logs, and meeting cadences across internal and external partners.
• Utilize AI-assisted workflows for status synthesis, reporting, meeting summaries, and brief drafting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external development teams to ensure clear and consistent communication.
• Coordinate with internal departments including brand, marketing, licensing, legal, and finance.
• Ensure external partners uphold hirify.global’s brand guidelines and translate product vision into clear requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game production, product, or project management within the video game industry.
• Hands-on experience with mobile free-to-play (F2P) development and live operations.
• Strong organizational rigor and fluency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to optimize production reporting, documentation, and analysis.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical, creative, and business audiences.
• Must be located in or able to work from El Segundo, California

• Deep passion for hirify.global’s core brands (Barbie, Hot Wheels, Monster High, etc.).
• Experience working with licensed IP.
• Experience operating as a producer in both studio and publisher environments.
• Track record of shipping or operating live mobile titles.
• Experience integrating AI or automation into external production pipelines.
