Sales Operations Analyst (Life Sciences)

Location: US - Plainfield, IN

Salary: $62,000–$78,000 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate communication between the sales team and subject-matter experts across the Sample and Repository Solutions division.
• Manage daily pricing requests and support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, client communications, and contract values.
• Coordinate and complete RFPs, including gathering information, internal review, and submission.
• Work with subject-matter experts and internal departments to meet proposal objectives and quality standards.
• Maintain client databases, contract records, and confidentiality agreements.
• Provide efficient customer service while managing multiple client projects and deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Experience working in multicultural or global environments.
• Experience using a CRM platform such as ACT, Goldmine, or Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work in a general office setting, with occasional exposure to potentially infectious materials and required adherence to universal precautions.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in science, project management, or business.
• Experience in the life sciences industry.
