Salary: $127,000 – $176,000 OTE

What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing Expansion Account Management team focused on revenue growth and retention.
- Drive goal setting and hands-on coaching to exceed expansion and retention targets.
- Optimize sales processes, KPIs, and upsell playbooks to scale cross-sell efforts and engagement.
- Leverage customer data and CRM analytics to refine targeting, segmentation, and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer loyalty and maximize long-term customer value.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading high-performing SaaS or tech account management/sales teams.
- Proven track record in driving expansion revenue and quota attainment.
- Advanced skills in Excel modeling and data analysis to identify key performance metrics.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, with a strong preference for Salesforce.
- Proven experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows (writing, research, prep, and summarization).
- Must be based in Denver, Atlanta, Chicago, or Phoenix.
