Focus on scaling the commercial motion from the ground up and mapping AI solutions to specific business value for technical buyers.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, Austin, or New York City)

Salary: $140K – $220K + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Drive new business by prospecting, pitching, and closing Enterprise solutions for small and mid-sized organizations.
  • Convert self-serve customers into committed Enterprise relationships using product-led signals.
  • Develop account strategies and execute tailored outreach campaigns based on industry needs.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from initial presentation and technical evaluation to negotiation and closing.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure solution fit and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of closing new business.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in high-growth environments.
  • Success in outbound prospecting into SMB and mid-market organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills for presenting to executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
