What you will do
- Own and scale a provider referral territory within the local St. Louis market.
- Conduct daily in-person meetings with primary care physicians, specialists, and clinic staff within a 1-hour driving radius.
- Prospect new offices and build referral partnerships from the ground up.
- Grow referral volume in existing accounts through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
- Educate healthcare providers on the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes.
- Track activity, pipeline, and account performance using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, healthcare, hospitality, recruiting, or athletics.
- Proven track record of hitting goals or outperforming expectations.
- Must be located in St. Louis, MO.
- Willingness to spend 5 days per week in the field.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Previous healthcare sales experience.
