What you will do

• Conduct daily outreach to pediatric practices, primary care offices, and school providers to introduce services.
• Maintain a consistent check-in cadence with established referral partners to ensure they have necessary materials.
• Confidently deliver the company's value proposition to clinical staff and referral coordinators.
• Assist in planning and executing local community events, webinars, and regional conferences.
• Track outreach activity and referral trends using CRM software.
• Partner with Clinical and Admissions teams to ensure a seamless handoff for referred families.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare outreach, sales, or healthcare operations.
• Based in the New York City metropolitan area.
• High empathy and excellent verbal communication skills for building rapport.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of tasks and CRM records.
• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM platforms, and data reporting dashboards.
