TL;DR
Regional VP of Sales (HealthTech): Driving market traction and generating pipeline within regional and national health plans with an accent on consultative enterprise sales of AI-driven health interventions. Focus on cultivating executive relationships, managing complex contract negotiations, and scaling 's Precision Nudging platform across the US healthcare market.
Location: Remote (US). Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Required: First week onsite at one of the offices in Tennessee.
Salary: $180k + variable compensation

What you will do
- Drive new sales with target Health System accounts by developing top-of-funnel strategies and managing prospects through the sales funnel.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-Level executives in target accounts to generate interest in the AI platform.
- Develop strategies to harness synergies between payers, health systems, employers, and consultants to drive deals forward.
- Partner cross-functionally internally to identify and solve gaps that accelerate the sales process.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline meticulously within Salesforce.
- Establish a "trusted advisor" relationship with prospective clients by focusing on strategic healthcare initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in early-stage virtual/digital health companies or health systems.
- Proven experience selling AI/ML solutions at an early-stage healthcare technology company.
- Experience working with both national and regional Health Systems or Payors.
- Expertise in complex contract negotiations and consultative selling.
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Ability to flex between virtual and in-person sales calls when necessary.

- Prior experience with ZoomInfo, Definitive HC, and Salesforce.com.
