Location: Must be based in the New York City Metropolitan Area and able to work from the Midtown Manhattan office 3 days/week.
Salary: $105,000–$125,000

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers, covering onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
- Develop strong relationships with executive stakeholders to align business objectives with platform solutions.
- Monitor customer health and proactively identify risks to ensure ongoing ROI.
- Lead strategic business reviews and articulate value to senior client leadership.
- Utilize generative AI and prompt engineering to enhance engagement and internal processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Implementation teams to relay feedback and improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with ability to work hybrid 3 days/week.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the enterprise SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio and driving net retention.
- Proficiency with Gainsight, Salesforce, and generative AI tools.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Ability to travel 10-25% of the time.
