TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Enterprise): Managing a portfolio of 30–50 strategic enterprise accounts with an accent on driving net retention, executive alignment, and long-term value realization. Focus on leveraging generative AI tools and data-driven insights to optimize customer workflows and ensure successful adoption of the hirify.global platform.

Location: Must be based in the New York City Metropolitan Area and able to work from the Midtown Manhattan office 3 days/week.

Salary: $105,000–$125,000

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers, covering onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
  • Develop strong relationships with executive stakeholders to align business objectives with platform solutions.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively identify risks to ensure ongoing ROI.
  • Lead strategic business reviews and articulate value to senior client leadership.
  • Utilize generative AI and prompt engineering to enhance engagement and internal processes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Implementation teams to relay feedback and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with ability to work hybrid 3 days/week.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the enterprise SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio and driving net retention.
  • Proficiency with Gainsight, Salesforce, and generative AI tools.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 10-25% of the time.

  • Experience in the healthcare technology sector, particularly with Medicaid programs.
