Salary: $136,000 – $187,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and deploy Product-Led Growth (PLG) experiments targeted at partner-sourced leads.
• Build and iterate on end-to-end partner experiences, including incentives, landing pages, and gamification mechanics.
• Develop autonomous AI agents from scratch to run partner workflows reliably in production.
• Create growth acceleration tooling for partner sellers and internal marketing campaigns.
• Act as the product owner for the partner growth surface area, collaborating with sales, data, finance, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in growth or growth engineering at a SaaS or fintech company.
• Proven experience building and shipping autonomous AI agents in production.
• Strong technical ability to write code, review PRs, and build MVPs independently.
• Deep fluency with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.
