TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US or Canada)

What you will do

  • Map user journeys and conduct product walkthroughs to identify and resolve friction points.
  • Synthesize user feedback from reviews and research into actionable product insights.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of growth initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and conversion funnels to optimize user acquisition.
  • Coordinate with China-based engineering teams, maintaining daily overlap to ensure tight execution.
  • Translate complex customer problems into clear hypotheses and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB), product management, or product/business operations.
  • Willingness to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to pressure-test hypotheses with quantitative data.
  • Exceptionally structured thinking and high level of customer empathy.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.

  • Chinese (Mandarin) language skills.
