Salary: $143,650 – $194,040 + Equity & Bonus (Tiered based on US location)

What you will do

• Serve as a clinical expert supporting sales and partner success teams by demonstrating how nursing solutions improve clinical workflows.
• Partner with commercial teams during demos and strategic engagements to provide clinical credibility to executive-level audiences.
• Act as the voice of nursing for prospective and current customers to articulate value and facilitate adoption.
• Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to product and engineering teams to prioritize enhancements.
• Represent the company as a clinical thought leader at industry conferences, webinars, and events.
• Collaborate with the Product team to ensure alignment between customer needs and the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally in acute, critical, or med-surg backgrounds.
• Proven track record in healthcare technology roles such as Clinical Informatics, Enterprise Analytics, or Implementation.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex clinical and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives (CNOs, CNIOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs).
• Ability to evaluate clinical workflows and translate requirements into technological solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• MSN or equivalent advanced nursing degree.
• Experience in clinical success or implementation leadership within major health systems (e.g., Epic).
• Experience leading teams or complex projects in healthcare quality, analytics, or informatics.
