What you will do

• Own and optimize the inbound growth engine across paid media, web, lifecycle, and AI engagement.
• Lead the adoption and operationalization of AI-enabled marketing workflows, automation, and experimentation.
• Evolve the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI engagement tools.
• Build executive-level reporting, forecasting, and attribution frameworks to drive data-driven insights.
• Oversee website growth strategy, conversion optimization, and digital experience initiatives.
• Lead and mentor high-performing teams across demand generation, digital, and marketing operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, or marketing operations leadership.
• Proven experience owning pipeline generation and full-funnel growth strategy.
• Deep expertise with CRM, MAP, analytics, attribution, and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in B2B marketing, including AEO and AI SDRs.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced growth environments and partnering with executive leadership.
• Must be based in the US (implied by 401k and location requirements).
