TL;DR

Location: Remote, must be based in the United States

Salary: $150,000–$172,500

What you will do

  • Develop and own the growth marketing strategy, defining target segments, channel mix, and pipeline targets.
  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs, including ABM, digital advertising, and email nurture tailored to buyer personas.
  • Introduce AI-assisted workflows for content production, campaign optimization, and lead scoring to increase team velocity.
  • Establish clear KPIs and reporting dashboards to track pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and channel-level ROI.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales to strengthen lead management infrastructure, scoring models, and CRM integration.
  • Manage the company's event strategy and field marketing programs aligned with regional sales priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B SaaS, specifically in demand generation or growth leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading marketing teams of 5+ people.
  • Proven track record of building demand generation infrastructure and playbooks from scratch.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and long sales cycles (12+ months).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Must be based in the United States.
