What you will do

• Own and deliver aggressive double-digit growth targets across North America, Europe, APAC, and MEA.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a globally distributed sales and pursuit organization.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from market mapping and account planning to deal closure.
• Cultivate and deepen trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders in global banks and fintechs.
• Partner with domain experts to shape and execute differentiated Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Lead negotiations for large-scale, multi-year transformation programs and managed services.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in IT services sales and business development focused on BFSI.
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar BFSI revenue portfolios.
• Established network and credibility with C-suite executives in global financial institutions.
• Expertise in deal structuring, pricing strategies, and outcome-based commercial models.
• Experience selling large-scale programs in digital transformation, cloud, data, and AI.
• Must be based in Germany
