What you will do

• Act as the definitive subject matter expert and intellectual anchor for the BFSI Business Unit globally.
• Develop and author differentiated Points of View (PoVs) on core modernization, AI, and open banking.
• Provide executive advisory to Global CTOs and CIOs of systemically important financial institutions.
• Partner with sales leadership to shape pursuit strategies and executive narratives for complex deals.
• Drive the direction of BFSI solutions in collaboration with practice and delivery leaders.
• Represent the company as a keynote speaker at major industry forums like Sibos and Money20/20.

Requirements

• 20+ years of deep BFSI experience, ideally as a former CTO, CIO, or senior technology leader in a top-tier global financial institution.
• Expertise in core banking platforms (Temenos, Finastra, FIS), ISO 20022, SWIFT, and AI ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of financial regulations including Basel IV, DORA, MiFID II, and GDPR.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide technology transformations.
• Fluent German and English proficiency.
• Must be based in Germany or Austria with proximity to a hirify.global office.

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering.
