What you will do

• Manage front-to-back operational support for the Derivatives Sales desk, focusing on FX and interest rate products.
• Handle trade lifecycle management, including distribution of trade recaps and real-time booking status updates.
• Perform maker-checker validations to ensure trade accuracy and resolve discrepancies between internal systems and client communications.
• Facilitate end-to-end client onboarding, including collection of CIP and CDD documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Manage electronic dealing lines and credit line connectivity on platforms like Bloomberg, FXall, and 360T.
• Track daily revenues for transactions and maintain logs for management reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Must be based in New York, NY, United States.

• Prior experience in operations, middle office, or sales support.
