What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of global CAT pricing strategy for perils including hurricane, earthquake, wildfire, and flood.
• Design and implement a next-generation pricing framework incorporating model outputs and climate insights.
• Translate catastrophe model outputs from platforms like RMS and AIR into actionable pricing metrics and underwriting guidance.
• Partner with underwriting and exposure management to monitor CAT accumulation and optimize portfolio risk.
• Manage, develop, and mentor a team of actuaries and analysts focused on CAT pricing.
• Modernize pricing platforms and improve speed-to-market through partnerships with technology and insurtech providers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of actuarial experience in property pricing.
• Deep expertise in catastrophe modeling platforms (e.g., RMS, AIR) and CAT risk concepts.
• Proven experience integrating CAT modeling into pricing and portfolio decisions.
• Strong leadership experience managing actuarial or analytics teams.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL; Python or R preferred.
• Must be based in the United States.
