Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 base + performance bonus

What you will do

• Analyze historical financial statements, cash flows, liquidity, and capital structures.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasts, valuation, and damages computations.
• Support out-of-court workouts, debt restructurings, and Chapter 11 cases.
• Perform financial due diligence and investigative analysis using imperfect or unorganized data.
• Assist in litigation support engagements and the preparation of expert analysis reports.
• Synthesize financial findings into clear presentations and manage assigned workstreams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, accounting, restructuring, valuation, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong quantitative skills and a solid foundation in financial statement analysis and modeling.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in the US (Local candidates in Irvine preferred).

Nice to have

• CPA candidacy or MBA.
• Familiarity with Capital IQ or similar financial data platforms.
