What you will do

• Build and maintain lifecycle event processing and associated broker reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve breaks identified through daily and monthly reconciliation processes.
• Partner with technology teams to design and implement process improvement solutions.
• Contribute to the development of back-office infrastructure and leverage existing systems and tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Treasury, Clearing, Finance, and Tax teams to drive operational excellence.
• Document and formalize procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience, preferably in trade operations or reconciliation.
• Deep asset class knowledge across equities, swaps, corporate bonds, and convertible bonds.
• Strong project management and business analysis experience within trade operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Fluent English (C1+) for global communication with internal and external contacts.
• Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, IL or New York, NY.

• Experience leveraging technology, automation, and/or AI tools to improve operational processes.
• Experience managing a small team or functional area.
