Salary: $138,632 - $175,000 per year

What you will do
- Design and implement comprehensive risk management strategies, including early detection and automated incident response.
- Conduct thorough operational and technology risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations.
- Develop real-time monitoring systems and automated alerts for risk limit breaches and unusual trading patterns.
- Build and maintain control testing frameworks to validate risk mitigation effectiveness.
- Leverage advanced analytics and visualization tools like Looker to provide actionable risk insights.
- Ensure program documentation and procedures align with CFTC and NFA regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in risk management or related roles.
- Proven experience applying CFTC and NFA regulatory requirements to risk controls and supervisory procedures.
- Proficiency in building automated data pipelines (e.g., Airflow) and performing statistical analysis using Python.
- Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Must be able to work onsite in Chicago, IL, five days per week.
