TL;DR

Senior Manager, Capital Markets (Fintech): Managing debt funding operations and structured finance initiatives for a high-growth financial platform with an accent on securitization, covenant management, and regulatory compliance. Focus on building efficient settlement procedures, overseeing customer account movement, and collaborating with external funding partners to support scalable financial products.

Location: Must be based in Bellevue, WA with in-person attendance expected five days per week. Telecommuting is permitted for specific tasks.

Salary: $235,435 – $245,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage debt funding operations and ensure deal compliance with partner banks and investors.
  • Oversee customer account movement and streamline payment activity within the Master Trust structure.
  • Develop and optimize daily settlement procedures in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Own portfolio reporting, covenant management, and track key deal triggers.
  • Assist in the acquisition, selection, and onboarding of new funding partners.
  • Prepare for securitization of credit card receivables by working with rating agencies and investors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or related field.
  • Six years of progressively responsible experience in capital markets or corporate finance.
  • Deep knowledge of financial markets, debt/equity instruments, and risk management.
  • Experience with structured finance, asset-backed financing, and securitization.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements including SEC and FINRA.
  • Proven ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and external partners.
