What you will do

• Manage and document internal escalations and draft SOPs to prevent recurring disruptions.
• Monitor multiple queues for automation errors, voids, and cancellations in real-time.
• Coordinate workflows for high-volume schedule changes driven by travel advisories or disasters.
• Communicate with airlines, hotel providers, and customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve concerns.
• Service complex bookings, including net fares and multi-ticket itineraries.
• Support specialized products like Cancel for Any Reason and Price Freeze.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing airline or travel agency role.
• Hands-on proficiency with Sabre GDS (required), and working knowledge of Amadeus and Travelport.
• Solid understanding of fares, airline contracts, ticketing rules, and NDC products.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Knowledge of North American geography for booking and routing decisions.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience at a leisure or corporate travel agency.
• Experience in complex exchanges and refunds.
• French bilingualism (CEFR B2+).
