Customer Service Representative (AI)

A seed-stage startup developing a voice AI platform for restaurant operations, including calls, orders, reservations, and menu questions.

What you will do

• Provide timely and professional customer support through Slack, HubSpot, Crisp, and email.
• Troubleshoot software issues and escalate technical problems to engineering when needed.
• Guide restaurant operators through setup, configuration, workflows, and onboarding.
• Track, document, and resolve customer inquiries accurately.
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the platform.
• Contribute to the knowledge base and support documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or help desk work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Slack and HubSpot or similar support tools.
• Comfort with technology and software troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently during evenings and weekends.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, empathy, and customer focus.

Nice to have

• Experience in restaurant operations or restaurant technology.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, SpotOn, or Square.
