What you will do

• Provide timely and professional customer support through Slack, HubSpot, Crisp, and email.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve inquiries, and escalate technical problems to engineering when needed.
• Guide restaurant operators through setup, configuration, workflows, and onboarding.
• Maintain product knowledge and serve as a trusted customer advisor.
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate with product and engineering to improve the platform.
• Contribute to the knowledge base and support documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service, technical support, or help desk experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Slack, HubSpot, or similar support tools.
• Comfort with software troubleshooting and technology.
• Ability to work independently during evenings and weekends with minimal supervision.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, empathy, and customer-first judgment.

Nice to have

• Experience in restaurant operations or restaurant technology.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, SpotOn, or Square.
