What you will do

  • Act as the primary technical expert for internal sales teams, retail customers, and key influencers to communicate product value.
  • Coordinate and execute Research Authorizations to support the development of pipeline and future products.
  • Develop research protocols and summarize data to validate business plan technical assumptions.
  • Monitor and recommend actions based on current trends, regulatory changes, and industry practices.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create and maintain technical selling resources and materials.
  • Conduct agronomy-focused meetings with growers and coordinate field tours at Knowledge sites.

Requirements

  • Degree in agricultural life sciences, such as agronomy or weed science.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian crop protection market and product portfolios.
  • Scientific approach combined with strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must be based in Manitoba, Canada
