Location: Ogallala (ideal: North Platte, NE). Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Extensive travel required; valid driver’s license with safe driving history mandatory.

What you will do

  • Attain targeted retail sales, promote products, and build customer relations within assigned territory.
  • Monitor and report competitive activities continuously.
  • Implement approved marketing tools to boost product knowledge and sales results.
  • Coordinate field demonstrations and training efforts.
  • Manage customer/dealer relationships, including factory visits and ongoing feedback.
  • Achieve annual marketing plan and sales goals within budget.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree in Agriculture or related field (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years in large machinery sales or agricultural equipment marketing.
  • Farming background with experience in farm equipment operation desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem analysis and solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of hirify.global products and retail finance a plus; ability to handle high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
