TL;DR

Construction Territory Sales Representative (XCMG Equipment): Optimizes retail sales of new XCMG and used equipment in assigned territory with an accent on territory growth, customer relations, and after-sales support. Focus on monitoring competitors, implementing marketing tools, coordinating demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

Location: Kearney, Nebraska or surrounding area. MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE U.S.. Extensive travel required; valid driver’s license with safe driving history needed.

What you will do

  • Attain targeted retail sales, promote products, and manage customer relations in assigned territory.
  • Monitor and report competitive activities continuously.
  • Implement marketing tools to boost product knowledge and sales results.
  • Coordinate field demonstrations and training as required.
  • Manage customer/dealer relationships, including factory visits and ongoing feedback.
  • Achieve annual marketing plan within budget while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in large machinery sales or marketing.
  • Equipment background with experience in application, adjustment, and operation desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem analysis and solving abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE U.S.; valid driver’s license required.
