What you will do

• Conduct product demonstrations, retailer visits, and end-user engagements to build brand credibility.
• Implement demand creation initiatives and provide technical field support aligned with crop cycles.
• Monitor and report market dynamics, including competitor product launches and pricing strategies.
• Track and deliver real-time insights on move-out sales (MOS), crop development, and farmer practices.
• Act as a bridge between field and commercial teams to align product performance and technical positioning.
• Manage engagement programs for retailers and key farmers to ensure product visibility and dealer confidence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field (strong advantage).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for frequent travel to farms and retail networks.
• Strong professional background with a reputation for integrity and reliability.
• Ability to confidently deliver technical presentations to farmers and retailers.
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
