What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for HR technology initiatives including Payroll and Workforce Time.
• Act as a functional liaison between HR business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
• Support and lead implementations of SuccessFactors ECP and Workforce Time solutions.
• Analyze current-state SAP ECC HR processes and define future-state improvements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Coordinate UAT, testing strategies, and defect resolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP), Workforce Time, SAP ECC HR, and CATS.
• Proven experience supporting implementations or major enhancements of SuccessFactors ECP and Workforce Time.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end lifecycle delivery from design to deployment.
• Must be able to work on a W-2 contract basis (No C2C or 1099).
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping business processes.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in utility or highly regulated environments.
• Experience with integration between SAP ECC and SuccessFactors.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Experience supporting parallel environments (legacy SAP ECC + new SF platform).
