TL;DR

Digital Business Analyst (Python/SQL): Providing day-to-day support for product implementation and customization with an accent on software change request management and user acceptance testing. Focus on analyzing business value, coordinating with development engineers to resolve bugs, and delivering scalable business solutions.

Location: Must be based in Chicago, Illinois. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are NOT available.

Salary: $89,210 - $133,810

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day support to customers and field staff for product implementation and customization.
  • Coordinate with product development engineers to track and resolve design, support, and maintenance issues.
  • Identify, document, and report software bugs and reliability problems based on customer feedback.
  • Answer technical questions and provide guidance on product integration and infrastructure issues.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools to identify and deliver stakeholder value.
  • Experience in software change request and problem management.
  • Ability to design and evaluate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for end-users.
  • Knowledge of software engineering principles to deliver enhanced fee-based software products.
  • Must be based in Chicago, Illinois.
  • Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated experience with SQL and Python within the industry.
  • Ability to perform value estimation of assets and document business cases to justify project resources.
  • Experience utilizing diverse analysis tools to group business activities by shared characteristics.
