What you will do

• Develop, implement, and execute strategic Business Operations processes.
• Mentor and train Junior Sales and Revenue Operations Analysts.
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement go-to-market initiatives and process improvements.
• Develop and track critical KPIs for the Business Operations organization.
• Manage UAS Marketplace operations, including purchase order review and CRM opportunity management.
• Maintain internal pricing files, SKUs, and ensure overall data integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong emphasis on compliance and adherence to regulations.
• Proven knowledge of the end-to-end order process from lead to fulfillment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM and ERP platforms with the ability to create reporting for C-level leadership.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (sponsorship not provided).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
