What you will do

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Lead client demos, workshops, and working sessions to align on solution design.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all sprint work for the BA/BPC team.
• Mentor and direct junior team members to maintain delivery quality.
• Manage SDLC-related ceremonies and maintain project documentation and knowledge articles.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Columbus, Ohio.
• Extensive business process experience across multiple ServiceNow suites beyond ITSM.
• Ability to design and discuss integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools.
• Ability to travel at least 25%.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Prior experience in software development or architecture.
