Salary: $132,000 — $203,500 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate on the product vision and multi-year roadmap for Workday Payroll.
• Translate complex business needs from People, Payroll, and Finance leadership into scalable technical specifications.
• Lead the design and implementation of high-impact integration solutions using PECI, PICOF, and Studio.
• Manage the full product lifecycle for payroll integrations from initial discovery to sunsetting.
• Utilize Workday reporting and analytics to monitor system performance and optimize payroll processes.
• Oversee technical relationships with third-party vendors like ADP to ensure seamless data flows.

Requirements

• Must be based on U.S. soil and hold U.S. person status.
• 7+ years of experience in Workday Payroll configurations and integrations.
• Extensive knowledge of Workday Payroll objects (GL, Paycodes, Taxes) and global HR business processes.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience working in an Agile environment managing backlogs.
• Advanced skills in building custom reports, dashboards, and hubs to drive data-informed decisions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other Workday modules such as Extend, Time Tracking, and Absence.
• Workday Certifications in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking.
