AP Specialist (Finance)

Location: Hybrid - New York (1 day a week)

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

What you will do

• Code and process invoices accurately and efficiently using NetSuite and Tipalti.
• Manage monthly T&E expenses and Amex reports.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all vendor and creator inquiries.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including recording expense accruals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the accounts payable function.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or finance/accounting.
• Detailed understanding of US GAAP.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
• Ability to work from the New York office at least one day a week.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with NetSuite and Tipalti (preferred).
