What you will do

• Execute month-end close activities, including order validation, preparing journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Review customer contracts and order forms to ensure appropriate ASC 606 revenue recognition treatment.
• Process contract modifications, amendments, and revenue adjustments within NetSuite ARM.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Licensing, Billing, and FP&A to align contract execution with revenue recognition.
• Optimize revenue systems and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Support external audit requests by preparing schedules and necessary supporting documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–4 years of accounting or revenue accounting experience.
• Must be based in the United States (E-Verify employer).
• Required experience with NetSuite ERP and NetSuite ARM.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for complex financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience in the SaaS, subscription software, or technology industry.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and/or ZoneBilling.
• CPA-track certification.
• Experience with global invoicing and foreign currency management.
• Background in supporting system implementations or operational transformation projects.
