What you will do

• Review and track accounts receivable aging reports on a daily basis.
• Execute scheduled payment reminders and conduct follow-up calls for overdue balances.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and collaborate with sales and operations to resolve billing errors.
• Prepare weekly AR aging reports and monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) metrics.
• Ensure adherence to payment terms and verify purchase order (PO) requirements prior to fulfillment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
• Previous experience working with U.S. school districts or government agencies.
• Proven background in B2B collections.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience using QuickBooks or comparable financial management systems.
