What you will do

• Translate customer and prospect insights into actionable quantitative data within Salesforce.
• Architect a scalable framework for relationship tagging and resolve data gaps.
• Evaluate and automate workflows to streamline community management processes.
• Map and maintain relationship data across people, companies, and consultants.
• Conduct relationship gap analysis to trigger re-engagement workflows.
• Build reporting to track engagement patterns and referral exchanges for leadership.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in relationship management, strategic partnerships, or network development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and data visualization tools.
• Analytical mindset with a proven track record of improving systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
