What you will do

  • Build and maintain complex, scalable datasets and high-impact BI models using Tableau and SQL.
  • Lead end-to-end program management for Population Health Impact initiatives, from scoping to sustainment.
  • Perform investigative data analysis, including population segmentation, stratification, and cohort analysis.
  • Transform complex findings into clear, actionable insights for executives and field teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed population health measures into organizational workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related quantitative field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Tableau and SQL for building scalable datasets.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in population health, healthcare analytics, or performance improvement.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven ability to perform complex investigative data analysis and population stratification.

Nice to have

  • Ability to translate abstract health goals into concrete technical roadmaps.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing high-value data products.
  • Mastery of executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
