What you will do

• Build and maintain complex datasets and population health analytics using Tableau and SQL.
• Lead cross-functional projects embedding population health measures into operational workflows.
• Drive performance improvement using advanced analytics, data analysis, and value stream mapping.
• Transform complex findings into actionable insights for executives and field teams.
• Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities for performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related quantitative field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Tableau and SQL.
• 8+ years of experience in population health, healthcare analytics, or performance improvement.
• Ability to perform investigative data analysis, including segmentation and cohort analysis.

• Ability to translate population health goals into analytical frameworks and technical roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills to define KPIs and evaluate population health metrics and dashboards.
• Experience leading programs or projects, including setting direction and managing risk.
