What you will do

  • Build and maintain recurring sales and marketing performance dashboards in Salesforce, Excel, and QuickSight.
  • Analyze sales, marketing, and product data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Streamline reporting processes and support automation efforts to improve data hygiene.
  • Partner with Revenue Ops leadership to model sales compensation scenarios and validate attainment data.
  • Provide ad-hoc data pulls and reconciliations to support forecast reviews and leadership inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or sales operations support role.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and Power Query.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
