What you will do

• Conduct research and data analysis to inform program planning and standardization for the DHA.
• Coordinate activities across the program team, stakeholders, and the Process Action Team (PAT).
• Assemble, format, and quality-check program deliverables, briefings, and supporting analyses.
• Maintain program documentation, including schedules, trackers, SOPs, and decision logs.
• Draft status updates, talking points, and presentations tailored for DHA leadership.
• Analyze performance data and track KPIs to identify trends and flag issues for leadership.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of federal or healthcare revenue cycle experience in analytical or consulting roles.
• Working knowledge of charge capture, billing, collections, denials, and compliance.
• Experience coordinating deliverables and stakeholders in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to be cleared.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Military Health System (MHS) or DHA environment.
• Knowledge of UBO operations and cost-recovery programs (TPC, MSA, MAC).
• Familiarity with MHS GENESIS / Oracle Cerner Patient Accounting (CPA).
• Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
