What you will do

• Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM architecture, including pipelines, workflows, and integrations.
• Design scalable RevOps processes for pipeline management, deal tracking, and attribution.
• Develop advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for pipeline performance and revenue drivers.
• Own the revenue forecasting process in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Establish and maintain CRM data governance and integrity standards.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial automation and reporting infrastructure.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations.
• Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM is essential, including architecture and automation.
• Experience scaling CRM environments in high-growth organizations.
• Strong analytical skills to translate commercial data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to build revenue dashboards and forecasting models.
• Must be based in Amsterdam (Hybrid) or the United Kingdom (Remote).

• Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or biopharma environments.
