TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide end-user support for laptops, mobile devices, conferencing tools, and productivity applications.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues with clear communication and service mindset.
  • Administer and support platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and other SaaS applications.
  • Manage onboarding/off-boarding and employee lifecycle processes with focus on accuracy and security.
  • Support identity and access operations including provisioning, deprovisioning, MFA, SSO, and access hygiene.
  • Manage device lifecycle operations including procurement, deployment, inventory, repairs, and refreshes.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near San Francisco with hybrid work and office attendance at least twice weekly
  • 4+ years experience in IT support, IT operations, or related function in fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with macOS hardware, collaboration tools, mobile devices, and SaaS employee environments.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and identity/access management concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in ticketing or IT service management systems.
  • Good security and compliance instincts with ability to operate within access controls and audit processes.
