Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage accounts receivables, including generating invoices, following up on payments in Maxio, and communicating on overdue balances.
• Contribute to internal data infrastructure by writing SQL queries and creating dashboards to deliver insights to internal teams.
• Process employee expenses via Ramp and handle hourly/salaried payroll, including commission calculations.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly compliance reports, quarterly investor updates, and cash flow projections.
• Drive process improvements for ARR tracking, contract renewal visibility, and departmental income statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in accounting or finance.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA to meet hybrid office requirements.
• Strong understanding of core accounting concepts and principles.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
• Proficiency in SQL or similar database query languages.
• Familiarity with Maxio, QuickBooks, and Ramp.
