What you will do

• Prepare and process twice-monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Review timecards in Quickbooks, follow up with managers, and track garnishments.
• Assist HR with new hire paperwork, terminations, and PTO records.
• Resolve payroll issues related to taxes, W-2s, deductions, and bonuses.
• Reconcile payroll with accounting and support AP/AR data entry.
• Handle inquiries, maintain confidentiality, and ensure government compliance.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of payroll experience required; Quickbooks preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and perform with minimal supervision.
• Excel in skills tests; friendly personality for internal customer service.
