Salary: $287,300 - $371,800 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead strategic, customer-facing deal engagements focused on hirify.global’s Enterprise Agreement portfolio.
  • Drive value-based conversations with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CFOs, and Procurement.
  • Own the commercial strategy, pricing, and structuring of complex, multi-year agreements.
  • Negotiate high-stakes deals by anticipating competitive, financial, and contractual pressures.
  • Partner with account teams to identify, shape, and close EA opportunities from initial engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in enterprise software sales, deal strategy, or commercial negotiations.
  • Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and close complex, multi-year agreements.
  • Strong value selling skills with the ability to connect technology to financial and business impact.
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Location: Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.
