What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Inflight managers, instructors, and curriculum developers.
• Ensure full compliance with FAA and TSA regulations across all regulatory training programs.
• Direct Inflight Training design and delivery across multiple locations.
• Manage the Inflight training budget, workforce planning, and project expenditures.
• Serve as the primary liaison for FAA inspections, internal audits, and corrective action programs.
• Research and implement emerging industry trends and instructional techniques to enhance curriculum delivery.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience leading large, diverse teams.
• 3+ years of experience as a Flight Attendant and 2+ years in an Inflight Training Leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of FAA regulations, particularly Part 121 Inflight.
• Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel frequently (up to 25%).
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and a TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of Inflight Training and/or Standards experience.
• Deep knowledge of external agency functions (FAA, DOT, TSA) as they relate to Inflight Operations.
