What you will do

• Deliver simulator, flight, and classroom instruction for licenses, type ratings, and pilot qualification programs.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight simulator briefings aligned with company standards.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide clients throughout their training journey.
• Manage administrative tasks, including training records and qualification tracking.
• Contribute to the development of curriculum and courseware.
• Progress toward qualification as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and check airman after 1.5+ years.

Requirements

• Unrestricted ATP certificate and at least one unrestricted PIC Type Rating.
• Authorized to live and work in the United States.
• Participation in the DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for teaching.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including mobility and prolonged standing or sitting.

Nice to have

• Gulfstream-rated or Gulfstream-experienced pilot.
• Experience operating business aircraft.
• Prior professional training or instructional experience.
